The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has cleared the 52-year-old of child abuse allegations , according to TMZ
As you know, the DCFS has been looking into an alleged incident that happened back in September between the actor and his teenage son, Maddox , which ultimately led to Angelina Jolie filing for divorce shortly after.
After concluding an investigation on Wednesday, the department found that the Allied star did NOT commit abuse — which definitely helps his case in the custody battle with the 41-year-old actress, who requested full physical custody of all six of the couple's children.
Considering California judges often favor joint custody, it's looking like Brad might have a chance in court now that the child abuse claim is off the table.
