Donald Trump has been declared the next President of the United States.

Trump has won 276 Electoral College votes, 6 votes above the required 270. Hillary Clinton got 218 votes
538 Electoral College votes are allotted to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. A candidate requires 270 votes to win.

Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has called Trump to concede defeat.
