Khloe Kardashian and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson were spotted at Tuesday night's Cavaliers Ring Ceremony at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Tristan showed off his NBA championship ring while Khloe showed off her rings.
